Aluminum alloy plate shelving pipe (quick freezing shelving) is a new generation product developed by Tianjin Jinchaoyuan Refrigeration Technology Co., Ltd. to
replace the Φ 38 seamless steel pipe shelving pipe. It is widely used for cutting meat, aquatic products, poultry, noodles, prepared foods, and quick freezing of
some fruits and vegetables.
Characteristics of aluminum shelf piping:
1. Good thermal conductivity and quick freezing:
Has excellent conductivity, increases contact heat transfer, and quickly absorbs heat. At the same time, it reduces the contact pressure and wear with the steel pipe,
improving the service life and safety factor of the shelf.
The heat transfer coefficient of flat frozen shelves is higher than that of traditional steel pipes, which can freeze more quickly, ensuring product quality, accelerating t
urnover, reducing investment in freezing rooms, and maximizing resource savings for enterprises.
2. Increased heat exchange area, pressure resistance, and safety:
The quick freezing shelf adopts a special aluminum alloy shaped plate, with a flat upper surface and aluminum alloy tubes and ribs on the lower surface, greatly
increasing the heat exchange area. The aluminum alloy wing tube is formed by one-time die-casting, and the pressure resistance is correspondingly improved. It has
undergone a 2.5Mpa air tightness inspection before leaving the factory, and the product is tight and leak free.
3. The system is clean and maintenance free during use:
The surface of the aluminum alloy freezing plate has been treated with anti-oxidation, and the bracket is made of stainless steel square tube or profile hot-dip
galvanized as a whole. Stainless steel bolts are used to connect with the freezing plate, and no anti-corrosion treatment is required during use. The hygiene
conditions are good, and it will not contaminate the frozen products, which is more in line with food hygiene standards.
4. Reasonable layout, saving investment
The thickness of the freezing plate is 28mm, which is 10mm less than the Φ 38 pipe rack. With the same number of layers, the height of the rack is reduced, which
reduces the difficulty of placing frozen products. The freezing height can also be correspondingly reduced, thereby reducing investment.
The freezing plate uses a Φ 25 tube, and the refrigerant charge for the same evaporation area is only 15% of that of a Φ 38 tube rack, which can save refrigerant costs
and increase system safety.
Lightweight and easy to install:
This product adopts modular production, and the processes of production, pressure testing, leakage testing, and sewage discharge are completed in the factory.
During installation, it only needs to be connected to the refrigeration process pipeline, which is convenient and fast to install.
